Some First Trust employees appear to be reluctant to return to working in the office full time, a top executive’s recent email indicates. “[W]orking from home, generally speaking and in most cases, is not better for the employee, so therefore it is not better for First Trust,” wrote President Andy Roggensack in an email sent to employees this month. Roggensack’s sentiments align with those of most executives with which FUSE Research crosses paths, said Neil Bathon, president of the research group.
